Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy 

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have no scent or fragrance on it. Items will be inspected before the return or exchange is approved.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of the item you receive you may send it back to us to alter for you and we can send it back once complete. Before making your purchase please take a look at our size chart, as we are unable to upsize your garment if it is too small - only downsize if too large.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear, bodysuits. jumpsuits etc.

We only replace items if they are unused & defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wokleisure.com and we will make suitable arrangements for the exchange to take place

Please note that return courier costs will not be the responsibility of Wo.k Leisure

Refunds
Unfortunately refunds are not applicable. Exchanges however, if applicable, can be made within the 10 day time frame.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us on: info@wokleisure.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you by chance receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
