Domestic deliveryDomestic delivery across South Africa, kindly allow 3-7 working days for door-to-door standard delivery. Flat cost: R100
International delivery
Allow 5-7 working days for door-to-door standard delivery through our third party courier service DHL
Unexpected delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Delivery is carried out by a third-party courier, the courier company will contact you via the cellphone number provided to us at checkout if they're not able to deliver your order immediately at you door. We will send email notifications throughout the processing and shipment of your order to the email address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order. Please note that if you provide an incorrect delivery address or do not add a suburb, we are not liable if your order is unable to be delivered on time.
